Shipping Address-
Please double-check that you put in the correct shipping address BEFORE purchasing! The information cannot be changed after you order. We are not responsible for refunds, replacements or returns if the information you input is incorrect.

Cancelling an order-
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Due to all items being sent to production immediately and being made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges UNLESS your item arrives misprinted, misrepresented, incorrect size, damaged or defective, then we will happily issue you a replacement OR refund for the item however we will require photo proof of the issue so please keep any pieces handy.

Estimated “ship by” dates-
Please review the ship-by and ESTIMATED arrival dates before purchasing items and ask questions FIRST! We are happy to answer any you have. Items will usually leave the facility ON or BEFORE the “ship by” date shown on your order, however as we have seen over the last few years.. sometimes things just take more time.

Returns, refunds, exchanges-
Due to the nature of our shop, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for items unless they are damaged, defective or misprinted. Thatt being said, we want you to be happy and LOVE your purchase. All items are printed on-demand by reputable companies we monitor with our original designs and then sent directly to you. We monitor the transactions the whole way.

Please remember that we are a SMALL company that deals with multiple orders per day and sometimes accidents happen. Negative Etsy reviews, even one or two puts our shop in jeopardy.
